For the first time in any Yamaha product, Genos showcases the newly sampled C7 Grand Piano Voice, a perfect match for Pop, Rock, Jazz, and other music genres. The Revo!Drum Voices recreate the authentic sound of drums, providing a different nuance with each key press for a natural and realistic sound.

Genos is packed with a diverse range of content, including 1,710 instrument Voices, 550 accompaniment Styles, 216 arpeggios, and more. With its unprecedented DSP power, Genos offers a wide range of effects from Reverb to Distortion, Rotary Speaker to Compressor, making it an incredibly versatile tool for music production.

The Genos workstation keyboard also features Vocal Harmony & Synth Vocoder effects, allowing you to apply various vocal harmony effects to your voice as you sing or use the Synth Vocoder to craft the unique characteristics of your voice onto synthesizer and other sounds.

With the Yamaha Expansion Manager (YEM), you can continually expand the onboard content of your Genos by creating and installing your own custom or purchased Packs. Genos also includes 1.8GB of user flash memory with high-speed reading/writing for your own Voices and three USB TO DEVICE ports for data storage.

Genos boasts an intuitive interface for music making and sound creation, featuring a new 9″ color touch screen for easy parameter selection and change. The 6+1 assignable panel buttons allow for quick access to various features during performance.
